Today's I've filmed about leg workouts, mainly lunges.
Lunges are an exceptionally effective workout for your gluteus maximus, and also your inner thighs.
As I said in the video, squats are perhaps the most efficient workout for making sexy hips. But lunges have their own advantage, which is that it is also for the smaller muscles such as inner thighs that aren't really used that much in squats.
Also, it's always good to use various workouts for the same muscle group to make sure that the muscles do not gain "muscle memory." So in that respect, lunges would be a very appealing choice if you're one of the people who only use squats.
